change
it is important
that we not give up
any of us
despair sets in
with patience it
must leave
change brings with it
change and more change
change is frightening
change is frustrating
change is freeing
change is inevitable
and this we all know
change forces us to deal
with change
without change we
would not (could not)
change
without change no movement
no force no particle
no sphere no circle
change is in a line with non-change
making it ubiquitously circular
that is, we all know, we are mandated
to change eventually
within change there is always grieving
grieving that must surface first
as anger
then on to sadness
then in to a willingness to accept
change as inevitably helpful
change could not occur without a
state of stillness
for change changes stillness into
something that can never be still
we are still without ever being still
this is us and we are thus
we can get beneath or behind or within
any change because we are still
that is we can overcome the difficulty change presents
by being still
stillness overrides change because
it is its child
and
it is its parent
child and parent to change
stillness keeps us safe
stillness is available to every entity
and process
from within or without stillness prevails
so therefore and therein we can turn off
change as soon as it begins
we can turn it on as soon as we turn it off
change and non-change are in a mandatory
continual flow
as things change they remain the same
and this of course we all know very well
so the secret to overcoming the despair
and fear and frustration that change mandates
is to find the stillness which mandates change
this stillness reorients our attitude toward change
we can watch it happen without becoming part of it
we can use the time to hide lay low move away back behind
we can gather ourselves in quiet to find
that (the)
change does not change us
by cause (circular-ily)
still and continually moving
change most certainly
does not change
us
